Bill and I did a lot of searching for a new home before we found the perfect home for us in Charleston Place. Our new home is loaded with amenities and is centrally located: only minutes from Charlotte, Concord and Albemarle. In the approximate month we have been living here, we have see n the purchase of three new homes and one new construction.
